Many have questioned themselves why they came into existence. What is my purpose, does God care for me? Why am I facing all these problems?

As a Christian, the Bible reminds us in

1 Peter 2 :9 “But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. 10 Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God; once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.”

Dear friend, you have not chosen to serve God, but He has chosen you!

We are His royal priesthood. He has delivered us from darkness and extended unmerited mercy upon us. In Christ, we have the grace to boldly come before God’s throne and ask for whatever we want.

Now the question is, why do we feel dejected? The Bible reminds us in 1 Peter 2:11 “Beloved, I urge you as strangers and pilgrims to abstain from fleshly lusts, which wage war against the soul.”

To receive the best from God, we need to surrender our lives to Him. Depart from destructions and sin. Serve God faithfully and love Him with all your heart.

As you do so, He has promised to never leave or forsake us.

Be Blessed

God loves you.
